ZAMSUT Admission List

ZAMSUT have Released its 2026/2027 Admission List: How to Check Admission Status

Zamfara State University, Talata-Mafara (ZAMSUT) has released its admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session. Candidates who applied for admission can now check the outcome of their applications through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). The admission status displayed on CAPS will indicate whether a candidate has been offered admission or whether the application is still being processed.

Candidates can check their ZAMSUT admission status by logging into the JAMB eFacility portal with their JAMB username and password, selecting “Check Admission Status,” then opening “Access my CAPS” and “Admission Status.” Candidates who need additional guidance can also consult the JAMB CAPS guide for help navigating the platform. Depending on the stage reached in the admission process, CAPS may display statuses such as “Admission Offered,” “Admission in Progress,” “Recommended,” “Pending,” or “Not Admitted.”

Candidates who receive an admission offer are expected to accept or reject the offer through the available JAMB process. Acceptance or rejection can be completed through biometrics at an approved JAMB CBT centre or by sending “ACCEPT” or “REJECT” by SMS to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number registered with JAMB. Candidates who accept their admission can subsequently proceed to print their JAMB admission letter, which serves as an important record of the admission.

Candidates checking their status on a mobile phone may sometimes find that the full CAPS options are not displayed. In such cases, switching the browser to desktop mode can make the admission-status section accessible. Applicants whose status is still showing “Pending,” “Recommended,” or “Admission in Progress” should continue checking JAMB CAPS for updates, as these responses indicate that the admission process may not yet be fully concluded.
