Step 4: Departmental Screening And Stamping

Students are to proceed to their respective departments for screening. Admission letters will be signed and stamped at this stage.

Step 5: Pay Union Dues

Students are required to pay union dues at the Micro Finance Bank.

The union dues fee is ₦1,500.00.

Step 6: School Assessment And Document Submission

Students should meet the Students Affairs Officer at their respective schools with photocopies of the following documents:

• Screened Polytechnic admission letter

• JAMB admission letter (ND students)

• NBTE admission letter (HND students)

• Teller for union dues payment

EducationNGR reports that the management of Kano State Polytechnic (KANOPOLY) has released the official schedule for the 2025/2026 screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into the HND, ND, and NCE (Technical) programmes.

The screening exercise will commence on Thursday, 13 November 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The venue is the Academic Department, Central Administration, BUK Road, Kano.
