This came after the Senate met on Wednesday, 3rd September 2025, marking the 32nd sitting. For students wanting a change of course within FUHSA or those hoping to transfer from another school, the door is now open.

How to Apply for FUHSA Transfer

The first step is digital, through the FUHSA applicant portal. Once there, fill out the online form meant for course changes or inter-university transfers.

A few things you must do:

  • Attach all needed supporting documents before you submit.
  • Hold at least five credit passes in O’ Level, with both English and Mathematics included.
  • Make sure the course you want has space, since no extra slot will be created.

Academic Records and Standards

Every applicant must present a transcript for review. For those eyeing Medicine (MBBS) or Dentistry (BDS), the bar is high, with a minimum CGPA of 4.01 required. For Nursing and other fields, a CGPA of not less than 3.50 is needed.

  • Obtain clearance from their current Department, Faculty, and University.
