Federal Polytechnic, Mubi (FPM) is a Federal Government-owned polytechnic located in Mubi, Adamawa State, Nigeria. The institution was established in 1979 and has grown into one of the leading federal polytechnics in Northern Nigeria offering National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes.
Federal Polytechnic Mubi offers programmes across Engineering, Science, Agriculture, Environmental, Business and Communication Technology disciplines with over 37 academic departments and 45 accredited programmes.
History of the Institution
Federal Polytechnic Mubi was established by the Polytechnic Act of 1979 to provide technical and vocational education in Nigeria. The institution has operated for over four decades, expanding infrastructure, academic programmes, and student population.
