Federal Polytechnic, Wannune  commonly known as FEDPOLY WANNUNE  is a Federal Government-owned polytechnic located in Wannune, Tarka Local Government Area, Benue State, Nigeria. It is one of Nigeria’s new-generation federal polytechnics, established to promote technical, vocational, and entrepreneurial education and support manpower development in the Middle Belt region.

The institution offers National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes across science, engineering, environmental, and management disciplines, with emphasis on practical training and industry-relevant skills.

History of the Institution

Federal Polytechnic, Wannune was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria as part of efforts to expand access to technical education and skills acquisition across underserved regions.

  • Minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics
