The Federal University, Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) was established in 2011 by the Federal Government of Nigeria as part of a national initiative to expand access to university education across underserved regions.

The university is located in Otuoke, Bayelsa State, and was created to provide quality higher education, promote research, and contribute to national development. Admission Requirements

Undergraduate Admission

  • Candidates must sit for the UTME conducted by JAMB.

  • Applicants must have at least five O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics.

  • Candidates must select FUOTUOKE as first choice or apply for a change of institution.
