Graduands are to process payments via the EKSU convocation portal:
- Click โCertificate/Transcriptโ
- Create a profile with valid details and email
- Select โApply for Certificateโ
- Enter OTP sent by the bank
- Input graduating year (2024 or 2025)
- Select correct degree type
- Click โApply Nowโ
- Choose โPay Nowโ
- Enter ATM card details and complete payment
After successful payment, users will be redirected to the portal.

Certificate Collection During Convocation
Graduands who have completed clearance can collect their certificates immediately after the convocation, provided they have paid the required fees.
