Federal Polytechnic, Kaura‑Namoda popularly known as FEDPONAM is a Federal Government-owned polytechnic located in Kaura-Namoda, Zamfara State, Nigeria. The institution was established in June 1983 by the Federal Government of Nigeria to provide technical and vocational education for national development.
Federal Polytechnic Kaura-Namoda offers National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes in Engineering, Science, Environmental Studies, and Management disciplines. History of the Institution
Federal Polytechnic Kaura-Namoda was established in 1983 during the administration of President Shehu Shagari. The institution was created to expand access to technical education in Northern Nigeria and across the country.
