The Federal University Otuoke has announced the commencement of Post-UTME screening registration for admission into its undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The exercise is open to candidates who selected the institution as their first choice in JAMB and those willing to change institution to FUOTUOKE via JAMB CAPS.
Candidates are advised to carefully read all requirements and complete their application within the stipulated period.
Eligibility Criteria For Applicants
Candidates are eligible to apply if they meet the following conditions:
Must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME
Must have selected FUOTUOKE as first choice or completed a Change of Institution to FUOTUOKE via JAMB CAPS
Must have chosen any of the approved programmes listed by the university
Method Of Application
Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 using Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit cards.

Scanned copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level result (PDF format)
Scanned copy of LGA identification letter (PDF format)
Scanned copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF format)
NIN registration slip (PDF format)

Applicants must provide a valid email address and phone number.
O’Level scratch card details must be correctly uploaded. Candidates combining two results must upload both scratch card details.
FUOTUOKE will not be responsible for failed applications due to incorrect contact details.

Candidates must ensure that O’Level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS.
False declaration of UTME score, O’Level results, or state of origin will lead to automatic disqualification.
