Documents Required For UI Physical Clearance
Applicants must present the following:
- Form B003
- Duly completed (available on the UI portal)
- Admission Letter
- Institutional copy, printed in colour
- JAMB Result Slip
- O’Level And Other Academic Results
- NYSC Certificate Or Exemption Certificate
- Required for HND holders and degree graduates
- JAMB Acknowledgement Slip (Direct Entry Candidates Only)
- Two Reference Letters
- From reputable individuals
- Must be on letter-headed paper
- Addressed to the Registrar, University of Ibadan
- Birth Certificate
- Passport Photographs
- Two copies
- File And Tags
Originals And Photocopies Are Required
Candidates must come with:
- Original copies of all documents
- Photocopies of each document
Photocopies alone will not be accepted.
Attendance Rule For Admitted Candidates
