FG Technical Facilitators Recruitment in Federal Technical Colleges 2026

The Federal Ministry of Education has opened applications for the recruitment of Technical Facilitators to serve in Federal Technical Colleges across the country. The exercise is described as a one-year ministerial intervention under the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) reform programme.

The initiative is linked to the Renewed Hope Agenda of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and is intended to address Nigeria’s skills gap by introducing qualified, industry-oriented professionals into technical classrooms. The focus is on delivering modern, competency-based training aligned with current labour market demands.

The recruitment targets experienced technical experts with strong pedagogical ability. Selected candidates are expected to strengthen both practical and theoretical instruction in Federal Technical Colleges.

Applications must be submitted through the Ministry’s designated online portal. The Ministry stated that all submissions will undergo a transparent, rigorous, and merit-based evaluation process, and clarified that submission does not guarantee selection.

The application portal closes at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, 16 March 2026. The Ministry reiterated its commitment to strengthening Federal Technical Colleges as centres of excellence for skills development and workforce readiness.
