The management of Kano State College of Nursing Sciences has officially announced the commencement of sales of admission forms into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
According to the College, the application portal will open on 25 May 2026 and close on 25 June 2026.
Eligible candidates are invited to apply for admission into the institution’s campuses located in Kano, Madobi, Danbatta, and Gwarzo.
Admission Requirements For ND Nursing Programme
Candidates seeking admission into the ND/HND Nursing programmes must satisfy both UTME and O’Level requirements.
JAMB Cut-Off Marks
The required minimum UTME scores vary by campus.
Kano Campus
Applicants must score a minimum of 160 in the 2026 UTME.
Madobi, Danbatta And Gwarzo Campuses
Candidates applying to these campuses must score at least 150 in the 2026 UTME.
Institution Choice Requirement
Applicants must select Kano State College of Nursing Sciences as their first-choice institution during JAMB registration.
O’Level Requirements
Candidates must possess at least five credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
The required credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings using WAEC or NECO.
NABTEB Requirement
Candidates using NABTEB results must obtain all required credits in one sitting.
