Signature College of Nursing Sciences Hostel Warden Vacancies 2026

The Signature College of Nursing Sciences, Karu, Nasarawa State, is inviting applications from qualified female candidates for two Hostel Warden positions. The deadline for applications is 20 November 2026.

Applicants should possess at least a National Diploma (ND) in Hospitality Management or a related field. Candidates with a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) qualification may also be considered if they have adequate relevant work experience. Previous experience in hostel supervision, student welfare, caregiving or related duties will be an advantage. Applicants should demonstrate maturity, integrity, patience, good communication skills and the ability to maintain discipline professionally.

Successful candidates will be responsible for the safety and welfare of female hostel residents, enforcing hostel rules, supervising students and maintaining a clean and orderly living environment. Other duties include monitoring hostel activities and facilities, addressing students’ concerns, reporting incidents to college authorities, keeping accurate records and carrying out other assigned responsibilities. The positions follow a one-week-on, one-week-off rotational schedule, with accommodation provided within the hostel during duty periods.
