According to the NYSC management, the adjustment was made following a review of ongoing administrative and operational activities. The change affects all corps members currently serving under the 2024 Batch C Stream 1 across Nigeria.

The management expressed regret for any inconvenience this change might cause to corps members, state coordinators, and employers of labour. It reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated passing-out ceremony nationwide.
