Allover Central Polytechnic popularly known as ALLOVERPOLY or ACP is a private polytechnic located along Idiroko Road, Off Muritala, Animashaun Estate, Sango-Ota, Ogun State, South-West Nigeria. The polytechnic came into being at the time when the Federal Government of Nigeria was trying to liberalise education, taking special interest in technological education, and was established in accordance with the provisions of Decree 9 of 1993, allowing for the establishment of private tertiary educational institutions in Nigeria. The polytechnic has since worked towards being Nigeria’s leading private polytechnic, providing a good learning environment with accommodation, good power supply and road network, a library, a well-equipped ICT centre, and a laboratory. ALLOVERPOLY is fully accredited and recognised by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and offers full-time and part-time ND and HND programmes across three schools covering Science and Computing, Engineering Technology, and Management Studies. Allover Central Polytechnic came into being at the time when the Federal Government of Nigeria was trying to liberalise education, taking special interest in technological education. Admission Requirements
ND (National Diploma) Full-Time Admission
- A minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, GCE O’Level, or NABTEB.
- A valid JAMB UTME score meeting the minimum cut-off mark is required. Candidates must select Allover Central Polytechnic as their institution of choice on JAMB.
- All eligible candidates must participate in the Post-UTME screening exercise.
Direct Entry Admission
- The polytechnic also offers direct entry admission — if you failed JAMB or you did not sit for JAMB, you can still be admitted to Allover Central Polytechnic.
