The management of Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, has approved the matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students of the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
The Polytechnic has fixed the date, time, and venue for the ceremony, which formally confers studentship status on fresh students. Management expects all newly admitted students to attend and take part in the exercise.

The matriculation ceremony has been scheduled as follows:

Fresh students are advised to arrive early and comply with all arrangements at the venue.
Who Must Attend The Ceremony
The ceremony is compulsory for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session. Attendance is required, as matriculation officially marks a student’s admission and inclusion in the institution’s academic roll.
EducationNGR also learnt that students who fail to participate may face challenges with formal recognition of their studentship.
Further Directives From Management
The Polytechnic stated that additional instructions will be communicated through the appropriate official channels. These directives are expected to cover issues relating to academic gowns and departmental arrangements.
