Kaduna State University (KASU) has notified all candidates who received provisional admission offers for the 2025/2026 academic session through JAMB that Friday, 23 January 2026, is the final date for screening and registration.
The university made it clear that any candidate who fails to complete screening and registration by the stated date will automatically forfeit the admission, and no extension will be granted. EducationNGR also learnt that the directive applies strictly to all admitted candidates without exception.
Screening Schedule: Date, Time, and Venue
Candidates are expected to attend screening according to the official schedule below:

Mandatory Pre-Screening Steps on SAF Portal
Before reporting for physical screening, candidates must complete the following steps on the SAFapply KASU portal:

Log in to the SAFapply KASU portal

Upload a clear scanned copy of the JAMB Admission Letter

From the dashboard, click “Edit Application”

Scroll to “Document Upload” and upload the JAMB Admission Letter

Preview and submit the application to save changes

Print the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip as evidence of completion
Candidates who arrive for screening without completing these steps may not be attended to.

Valid scratch card for the O’Level result used

Two copies of online-generated O’Level result (printed from the official portal)

Birth certificate or sworn age declaration

Primary School Leaving Certificate

Certificate of Local Government/Indigene

Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (from SAFapply portal)

NIN slip
