Osun State Polytechnic  widely known as OSPOLY  is a state government-owned polytechnic located in Iree, Boripe Local Government Area, Osun State, South-Western Nigeria. Established in 1991 by the Osun State Government under the administration of Governor Isiaka Adeleke, the polytechnic commenced academic activities shortly thereafter with the mission of providing technical and vocational education to the people of Osun State and beyond . Osun State was carved out of the old Oyo State in August 1991, and later that same year, the polytechnic was established by the state government. Admission Requirements

OSPOLY Iree Post UTME Form 2026/2027 is Out

Osun State Polytechnic, Iree (OSPOLY), has commenced applications for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening exercise for National Diploma (ND) programmes. Candidates who scored at least 100 in the 2026 UTME and meet the required O’Level conditions can apply.

Applicants must have chosen OSPOLY Iree as their first or second choice, or be willing to change their institution through JAMB. Candidates must also have at least five relevant O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings, and must be at least 16 years old by 31 October 2026. The available programmes cover areas including Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Science Laboratory Technology, Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Mass Communication, Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Public Administration and Health Information Management.

Osun State Polytechnic, Iree (OSPOLY) has released the admission list for its 2026/2027 National Diploma (ND) full-time programmes. Candidates who participated in the Post-UTME screening exercise can now check their admission status through the polytechnic’s admission portal.

Candidates can check their status by visiting the OSPOLY admission portal, logging in with their registered username and password, and viewing the admission decision displayed on their account. Successful candidates are required to pay the acceptance fee within two weeks of receiving the admission offer, as failure to do so may lead to forfeiture of the admission.

Candidates offered admission should also accept the offer through JAMB CAPS and proceed to print their JAMB admission letter after acceptance. Admission status can also be confirmed through the JAMB eFacility portal by accessing CAPS and opening the Admission Status section.

Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) has announced the schedule for its second batch Computer-Based Test (CBT) screening exercise for prospective ND I and HND I candidates seeking admission for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The second batch HND I CBT screening will hold on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at designated centres within the institution, starting at 9:00 a.m. Applications for the HND programme will close at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, while candidates are required to register for the CBT through the institution’s portal at ospoly.edu.ng to confirm their examination date and venue.

Prospective HND candidates who are yet to register can complete their registration between 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24 and 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2026.
