Crescent University Abeokuta, which is popularly abbreviated as CUAB, has commenced the sale of applications for her part-time degree programmes. These degree programmes are being run by the Centre for Sub and External Degree Programmes (CESEDEP), since they are meant for candidates who may be working or somehow need conversion to change their career paths.

General entry requirements
The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Higher National Diploma with a good grade from a recognized institution
Five O’Level credit passes that include English Language and Mathematics, and any other three subjects of choice.
ND and A’ Level Certificate Holders can also apply
The university also recommends ensuring that all documents submitted for screening are clear and complete, since screening is carried out meticulously.

Each applicant must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦10, 000 into the Crescent Project Account:

Missing documentation can cause delays in the process; therefore, applicants should check applications before they are submitted.
Lecture plan
The lectures for the part-time programmes will be held on:
Friday – 3:00 pm – 7:00
Saturday: 8:00 am to 7:00
Sunday: 12:00 pm – 7:00
Such a system has been designed in a way that favors candidates who work or are available only on weekdays.
School fees components
The approved tuition fees for the part-degree programs are:
Acceptance fee:
Tuition fee: ₦200,000/session
Computer connectivity: ₦35,000 per session
Matriculation Fee & ID Card Fee:
Screening and Administrative Fees: ₦7,000
Portal fee per session: ₦5,000
Prior to the resumption in class, students are expected to pay 70% tuition fees, which is ₦140,000, in addition to the acceptance fee, screening fee, admin fee, and matriculation fee. These payments are made to the Crescent project account. Also, all fees are non-refundable.
Other Academic Choices
The individual
Crescent University is also running an Advanced Levels Programme through the Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) Programme. Thecandidates applying for JUPEB must have six credits in O’Levels, with English and Maths being compulsory.
