DELSU JUPEB Admission Form 2026/2027 is Out

Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, in collaboration with the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB), has announced the commencement of applications for admission into its School of Foundation Studies for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The programme is designed for candidates seeking direct entry admission into 200 Level in DELSU and other JUPEB-affiliated universities after successfully completing the programme and passing the approved JUPEB examination.

Admission Requirements For DELSU JUPEB Programme

Candidates applying for the JUPEB Foundation Programme must satisfy the following requirements.

O’Level Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• At least five credit passes in relevant subjects
• Including English Language and Mathematics
• Obtained in not more than two sittings

Accepted examination bodies include:

• WAEC
• NECO
• NABTEB
• GCE

Courses Requiring One Sitting

The University stated that candidates applying for the following courses must obtain all five required credits in one sitting:

• Medicine and Surgery
• Dentistry
• Nursing
• Medical Laboratory Science
• Pharmacy

Universities Accepting JUPEB Results

Successful candidates can gain Direct Entry admission into DELSU and more than 70 JUPEB-affiliated universities across Nigeria.

Duration Of The Programme

The JUPEB programme will run for a minimum of one academic session consisting of two semesters.

Accommodation

Successful candidates will be accommodated in the University halls of residence located at Site II, Abraka.

Procedure To Generate Virtual PIN

Candidates should follow the steps below carefully.

Step 1

Visit the application portal.

Step 2

Click on “Online Application”.

Step 3

Select “JUPEB”.

Step 4

Click “Start”.

Step 5

Fill in the required details and generate a Virtual PIN.

Step 6

Print out the generated PIN.

Step 7

Proceed to any approved bank to make payment.

Important Application Instructions

Applicants must ensure the online form is completed correctly with the following:

• Valid email address
• Active phone number
• Recent passport photograph with red background

The University stated that:

• Passport photographs must not be more than three months old
• Webcam photographs are not acceptable
• Candidates must print the examination schedule after submission

Mode Of Study

Lectures for the JUPEB programme will be conducted physically at the JUPEB Study Centre, DELSU Abraka.

• 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Monday to Friday
