  1. Print and Return the Matriculation Pledge

    • Each student must print a copy of the Matriculation Pledge online.

    • After taking the official oath at the Arena, the pledge will be signed and returned to the relevant College Secretary or Faculty Officer on the same day.

  2. Collect Academic Gowns (Full-Time Students)

    • Full-time students can collect academic gowns from their Faculty or College from Thursday, 29th January, 2026, using their receipt of school charges.

    • Students are not required to make any additional payments for documents or services at Faculty level.

  3. Collect and Return Outfits (Part-Time Students)

    • Part-time students are to contact the College Secretary at the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) for the collection and return of academic outfits.

  4. Return Gowns By Deadline

    • All academic gowns must be returned to the Faculty or College by Friday, 20th February, 2026 to avoid penalties or complications.

The ceremony is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 28th January, 2026, and will take place simultaneously at two campuses: Gadau Campus and Yuli Campus.
