EducationNGR reports that the Centre for Gender Studies at Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has partnered with QEDA, UNICEF, Microsoft, and the Ekiti State Ministry of Education to implement a female empowerment initiative titled Partnership of Earning (P2E).
About the P2E Initiative
The programme will run virtually throughout November and provides free training in Digital Literacy and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for FUOYE female students. The training is designed to equip participants with practical AI digital skills relevant to global opportunities. Students can participate using mobile phones, laptops, or other digital devices from anywhere.
Training Focus
Participants will receive instruction on:
- AI Foundation
- Generative AI
Training will be facilitated by the Quality Education Development Associates (QEDA) team. At the end of the programme, participants will receive certificates authorized by Microsoft, UNICEF, and the Federal Ministry of Education.
