Update on Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Screening 2025

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has expressed appreciation to applicants for their patience during the ongoing recruitment process. The Board has confirmed that a computer-based test (CBT) will soon take place for shortlisted candidates across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

Applicants who previously applied for roles in any of the four services are to visit the official recruitment portal at recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng next week to confirm their shortlisting status. The site will also display each candidate’s exam date, time, and designated centre. Candidates should take care to use only the official portal to avoid being scammed by fake sites or false links

 

 

Next Steps for CDCFIB Applicants

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has reminded applicants that the recruitment process is completely free of charge. No stage of the exercise requires any form of payment. The Board urges candidates to depend solely on official communication channels for updates and announcements about the next recruitment phases.

Applicants are also encouraged to remain alert and avoid anyone claiming to have inside access or requesting money for placements or special consideration. The Board has consistently warned that such actions are fraudulent and punishable.
