The Lagos State University (LASU) has commenced its 2025/2026 library registration and renewal exercise for both new and returning students. The process began on Monday, 27 October 2025, and will continue until Friday, 19 December 2025. Registration takes place daily between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Faculty Schedule for Library Registration

To ensure a smooth and organized process, LASU has allocated specific days for each faculty:

  • Mondays: Faculty of Arts, School of Agriculture, Faculty of Communication and Media Studies

  • Tuesdays: Faculty of Education, School of Library, Archival and Information Science

  • Wednesdays: Faculty of Management Sciences, School of Computing and Information Technology

  • Thursdays: Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Transport and Logistics

  • Fridays: Faculty of Science — including Nursing, Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Science Laboratory Technology, and Medicine and Surgery

Required Documents

Students are required to present the following documents during registration:

  • Photocopy of Letter of Admission

  • Photocopy of School Fees Payment Receipt

  • Two recent passport photographs

  • Matriculation Number

Important Notice

After completing the initial steps, students can proceed to pay all approved fees and charges for the 2025/2026 academic session through the College Portal.

Digital receipts are generated automatically for every transaction and can be printed by students at any time for record purposes.

Documentation Process in the Bursary Department

After completing payments:

  • New students must present their printed receipts to the Student Accounts Section of the Bursary Department for full documentation.

  • Returning students are also required to present their receipts for physical verification and ledger update, which serves as the official backup to digital records.

The management has emphasised that these steps are mandatory and must be followed carefully to avoid payment irregularities.

4. Collect and Complete the Screening Form
