UNIBEN Diploma in Maritime and ICT Admission Form 2025/2026 Out

Admission is open for the Diploma in Maritime Studies and ICT at the University of Benin for the 2025/2026 session. No entrance exam is required, and successful graduates with Merit can gain Direct Entry into degree programmes. Application deadline is 31st October 2025, all forms must be properly filled.

The University of Benin is once again calling on students, this time for its full-time diploma in Maritime Studies and Information and Communication Technology. What you need to apply

Applicants should hold one of the following:

  • Credits in Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and one other subject (choices include Technical Drawing, Biology, Agricultural Science, Economics, Government, Geography) in GCE, WASSCE, SSCE, NABTEB or NECO.
  • TC II with a credit in Mathematics, a pass in English, plus three other relevant credits.
  • City and Guilds Part 1 in any engineering area.
  • Or an equivalent qualification that matches the above.
