AKWAPOLY Enrolment Schedule for State Health Insurance Scheme (AKSHIS)

The Management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic (AKWAPOLY), Ikot Osurua has officially announced the enrolment schedule for the Akwa Ibom State Health Insurance Scheme (AKSHIS) for all students. Following the recent sensitization exercise, students are informed that registration will hold from Monday, 26th January to Wednesday, 28th January 2026 at the Polytechnic Library Conference Hall.

Enrolment Schedule by Schools:

• Monday, 26th January 2026 (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • School of Applied Sciences

  • School of Engineering Technology

• Tuesday, 27th January 2026 (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • School of Communication Arts

  • School of Environmental Studies

• Wednesday, 28th January 2026 (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • School of Business & Management

  • Spill Over Students

Important Requirements & Guidelines:

• Enrolment Fee: Every student is required to pay Twelve Thousand Naira (N12,000) for registration.

• Lecture-Free Days: The day assigned to each school is declared lecture, test, and examination-free to allow students sufficient time to complete registration.

Students are strongly encouraged to comply with the schedule and ensure they register on their assigned dates to take full advantage of this health insurance scheme.
