Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, Ikot Ekpene, has released the ND Fourth and Fifth Supplementary Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The Polytechnic confirmed that candidates whose names appear on the list have been offered admission through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) CAPS portal. EducationNGR also learnt that admitted candidates are expected to act quickly, as delays may affect registration.
Where to Check the ND 4th and 5th Supplementary Admission List
Candidates can view the admission list through the official announcement shared by the institution online.
The list is available via the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic official Facebook page, where the names of successful candidates have been published.
What Admitted Candidates Must Do Next
The Polytechnic outlined specific steps that all admitted candidates must follow carefully.
Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS
Candidates must log in to the JAMB CAPS portal and accept the admission offer. If the admission status is still pending, acceptance must be completed immediately. This step is compulsory and confirms the offer officially.
Generate Acceptance Fee Invoice on the School Portal
After accepting the admission on JAMB CAPS, candidates are required to visit a cybercafé and generate an invoice for the payment of the acceptance fee.
The acceptance fee is ₦15,000 and is non-refundable. Payment is to be generated and processed through the Polytechnic’s official student portal. The institution stated clearly that payment of the acceptance fee commences immediately.
Proceed to the Department with Remita Invoice
Once the Remita invoice for the acceptance fee has been generated, candidates are to proceed to their respective departments. Departmental screening and further registration processes will be carried out at this stage.
Documents Required for Screening
Candidates are advised to attend screening with the following documents:

JAMB Admission Letter printed from the JAMB portal

Original copies of academic credentials and other relevant documents as required by the department
Failure to present original documents may delay or affect the screening process.
Important Warning on Payments
The Polytechnic warned candidates not to make payments to any individual, including relatives or third parties. Candidates were also advised not to make any payment into POS account numbers.
All payments must be made strictly through official Polytechnic channels, and receipts must correspond with the portal-generated invoices.
More Admission Lists Expected
Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic also informed candidates that additional admission lists may be released soon. Applicants who are yet to be admitted are advised to remain patient and continue checking official channels for updates.
